Job Description:
The Senior Adult Social Worker will join the Rapid Response and Reablement Team within the Adult Integrated Community Health and Social Care Service on Guernsey. This Band 7 post requires high autonomy with prioritisation and stress management in a multidisciplinary setting.
The role includes leadership, training and supervision of staff, and development of key professional relationships across clinicians and primary care providers to support home-based care.
