We are recruiting for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious hospitality venue in Hamble. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership‑focused kitchen role within a renowned setting known for exceptional standards and high‑profile events.

Based in beautiful Hamble on the outskirts of Southampton, this role offers stability with a set Wednesday to Sunday rota, the chance to work alongside an experienced Head Chef, and real scope to develop your career as a Chef de Partie within a quality‑driven environment near Southampton.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding food and maintaining exceptional standards:

  • Lead, train and mentor junior kitchen staff including Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
  • Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets quality and consistency standards
  • Support restaurant service, bar food, functions and events
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
  • Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, COSHH and HACCP
  • Complete all kitchen documentation accurately and on time

To succeed as Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hospitality environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and training junior chefs
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills
  • Passion for fresh food and consistently high standards
  • A calm, reliable and solutions‑focused approach during busy service
  • Sound knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and environmental health standards
