What You Will Do

• Write high‑quality code daily across the full stack using Next.js, tRPC, and React to build performant and accessible product features.
• Architect and optimise data‑intensive systems, including PostgreSQL schema design and Elasticsearch‑driven search architectures to handle complex property and planning data.
• Partner closely with product and design teams to translate technical constraints into clear roadmaps and lead features from discovery through to deployment.

The ideal candidate

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2–3 years in a lead, staff, or senior‑plus role building and scaling SaaS platforms.
• Deep production expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript, with a strong ability to solve complex technical challenges independently.
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch, particularly in the context of technical architecture and system design for data‑heavy applications.
