Senior Engineer – Highway Design & Active Travel Leader

Lincolnshire County Council’s Technical Services Partnership (TSP) is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and delivery of major highway infrastructure projects across the county. You will work in a specialist highways team, delivering a varied workload, and supervising new schemes to ensure they meet programme and budget.

You will provide leadership and technical oversight, mentor staff, and drive improvements while collaborating with clients and partners across Lincolnshire.
