Hybrid Property Business Development Executive

Grand Arcade is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to sell membership services to lettings agencies across the UK. The role focuses on closing deals and building rapport within a reputable professional body.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm with a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Salary ranges £30,000–£40,000 per year, with ongoing training and clear career progression.
