Supply Manager – Home Claims
Location: Leicester, London or Bexhill (all hybrid)
Role Overview
As our Supply Manager across Home Claims, you’ll develop and manage strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure excellent customer and business outcomes. You will lead and deliver strategic supply‑management initiatives, focusing on the commercial elements of supplier services, and identify and implement material cost‑reduction opportunities while safeguarding operational and regulatory outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a clear, comprehensive view of supply‑chain costs and commercial performance using data, MI and technology.
- Own the identification and delivery of material cost‑reduction opportunities across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with Supplier Relationship Managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement improvements and maintain strong partnerships.
- Lead key supply‑management initiatives, build and oversee a savings pipeline, and track benefits realization.
- Manage performance‑improvement plans, ensuring quick and effective delivery of opportunities.
- Review supplier risk, resiliency, control and assurance requirements in partnership with internal stakeholders, and deliver actions & evidence.
- Identify and pursue strategic market partnerships aligned with Home Claims’ customer, operational and commercial objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience with data, MI and commercial analysis within an insurance claims background.
- Proven track record in managing suppliers/supply chain for a Home Claims function.
- Demonstrated success delivering key workstreams and material commercial improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
