Tiger is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Assurance & Enhancement Officer to join a London-based education organisation. The role will support quality assurance activities, regulatory compliance, and the enhancement of academic standards across the university.

The successful candidate will manage quality assurance applications, investigate quality concerns, analyse data, and provide recommendations to strengthen processes and outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are effectively implemented.

What You’ll Do

  • Process quality assurance applications and requests in line with policies and procedures
  • Investigate centre quality concerns using evidence-based approaches and provide clear recommendations
  • Analyse quality assurance data and support the preparation of reports and regulatory submissions
  • Identify, assess, and escalate compliance risks where appropriate
  • Provide guidance on quality assurance and regulatory matters to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support centre risk management activities and quality enhancement initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant policies, qualifications, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Build effective relationships across teams, including Academic Standards, Qualifications & Assessment, Operations, Research and Insights, and Legal
  • Attend centre visits when required, representing the organisation professionally and supporting improvement activities
  • Monitor developments across the education and regulatory landscape and share relevant insights

Who You Are

  • Experience working in quality assurance, compliance, regulation, or an education-focused environment
  • Understanding of quality processes and experience operating within a regulatory framework
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident analysing data and producing accurate, meaningful reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive problem solver who can identify risks and recommend practical improvements
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Experience within an awarding organisation or knowledge of education regulators is desirable
