- Strong previous experience within a fast-paced logistics environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
- Excellent systems knowledge and confidence with Microsoft Excel
- A self-starter who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
