Senior Community Nurse – Complex Care & Governance Lead

PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Branch Nurse to lead the clinical aspects of a community-based service across East and West Sussex. You will oversee case management, audit care plans and risk assessments, and ensure policies and forms meet regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Operational Manager, you will support Nurse Supervisors, contribute to clinical governance meetings, participate in discharge planning and liaison with health professionals, and travel extensively within the region.
