Applied AI Engineer – Fintech AI-Native Systems & Automation

BJAK is seeking an applied AI engineer to build AI-native financial services workflows. You will create AI-powered automations across onboarding, CRM, claims and payments, and work with product and engineering to turn manual processes into scalable systems.

The role requires a strong Python background and hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, and data-driven workflows. This is a UK hybrid position with collaboration across global teams.
