Class 1 Night Driver Weekends

Due to growing demands, we are looking for an additional Class 1 Driver for a national haulage position working from our depots in Telford with an immediate start date available. Hours are generally Monday – Friday, this a none salaried position. The number of hours likely to be completed per month will be discussed at interview stage. You will need to have held a C+E licence for a minimum of 24 months, with at least 3 continuous months worth of recent work showing on your Digi Card – No infringements. Overall objective: To assist with the smooth running of collections and deliveries to and from depot and to various locations in the UK. Main duties/responsibilities: To complete collection and delivery of goods whilst following company procedures (No Hand Balling) Ensure goods are safely secured and paperwork is in order Follow company security procedures Keep your vehicle clean at all times Undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by your Manager or the Directors Knowledge/understanding required: Full UK ( C+E ) driving license required. Smart appearance.
