Bellway Homes is recruiting a Site Manager for its Manchester Division to oversee a residential development in Oldham, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery.

The role reports to the Construction Manager and requires strong leadership, health and safety compliance, and close collaboration with site teams to meet NHBC and LABC standards.

You will travel to development sites as required, manage daily site activities, and uphold Bellway’s commitment to inclusive working practices.
