Senior Education Litigation Director (Remote)

Arbuthnot Yon is representing a leading education litigation team seeking a Senior Litigation Associate / Legal Director (6+ PQE) to support growth. You will handle disputes for universities and education providers, balancing legal, commercial and reputational considerations with empathy and decisive judgement.

You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, in a role that values depth over volume, with a predominantly remote setup and occasional UK court travel.
