VONNE (Voluntary Organisations’ Network North East) is seeking an Essence Dementia Navigator for a permanent role based in Sunderland. This position involves providing one‑to‑one support for individuals with mild to moderate dementia and their carers through tailored personal plans.

The ideal candidate must have a full clean driving licence, DBS Enhanced Disclosure check, excellent communication skills, and IT skills. The salary for this role is £25,935 per annum.
