Dispatch & Scheduling Specialist – 3x Week Shifts (6am-6pm)

Veezu is seeking a Dispatcher for our Journey Booking Centre in Cardiff. You will dispatch inbound bookings, maximise partner completion, and communicate with driver partners to ensure passengers are transported on time.

The role involves coordinating with offshore agents and regional hubs, handling bookings, and maintaining service quality while adhering to SLAs. This position offers a stable schedule with a 3-day-per-week, 6am–6pm rota.
