AI Engineer: Backend Focus for HealthTech (London, Hybrid)

Plan:it is seeking a backend-leaning fullstack engineer to own features end-to-end, from shaping what gets built to shipping it into production. You will work on core platform services, APIs, and AI integrations for real-world healthcare impact.
