Cover Supervisors Wanted – Flexible Work from September 2026

Join Aspire People to work as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools across Staffordshire. The role begins in September2026 and offers flexible hours from one to five days a week, with excellent daily rates of pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment and keeping students on task.

Who We’re Looking For

• No teacher qualification is required, but you must have experience working with children or young people (e.g., schools, youth work, sports coaching or clubs, holiday clubs, scout or guide groups, mentoring or tutoring, residential care or similar settings).
• Confidence leading a classroom.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• A passion for supporting young people’s education.
