Pub Assistant Manager – Lead & Elevate Guest Experience

The Mill on the Exe, a contemporary pub with comfy rooms situated on the outskirts of Exeter city centre, is inviting an experienced leader to join as a key operational role. You will motivate the team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and step in for the General Manager when required.

You’ll oversee service standards, health and safety, and help develop staff while supporting a smooth day-to-day operation in a riverside setting.
