Responsibilities



  • Take a child‑centred, strength‑based approach to assessments and planning.

  • Promote inclusive practice within your support to children and their families.

  • Promote multi‑agency partnership working to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children and young people you support.


Qualifications



  • Qualified and actively registered with Social Work England (SWE).

  • Experienced in Children’s Social Care with a robust social work career background within Children and Families.

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of all children’s legislation.
