Job Summary

End Date: Thursday 23 April 2026

Salary Range: £36,224 – £38,130

Position: Salesforce Administrator – 12‑month FTC, hybrid with 40% onsite at Watford.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce development.
  • Provide first‑line support for escalated technical queries from operational teams, conduct full analysis and investigation.
  • Own monthly audit and deep‑dive sessions to adapt functional changes or address challenges.
  • Manage change – create and deliver effective change documentation, run rigorous testing cycles, design scripting and scenarios.
  • Utilise data sources to engineer reporting suites and dashboards, monitor KPI’s, analyse patterns, and implement corrective measures.
  • Translate technical builds into functional training, upskill the Learning & Development team for effective roll‑out.
  • Provide operational expertise and support to product owners and the wider technical team regarding business processes.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and Business Objects.
  • Willingness to undertake additional training and examinations if required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of salary‑sacrifice schemes.
  • Experience in business UAT, including scenario preparation and scripting.
  • Significant experience in a leasing environment.
  • Detailed understanding of Tuskers internal operational process flows.
