Community Rehabilitation Assistant (7‑Day rota)

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust in Keswick is seeking a Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Community Rehabilitation Team, working up to 37.5 hours weekly at Keswick Hospital and in the community. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, implementing rehabilitation plans, observing patient conditions and supporting with daily living activities.

The role includes a 7-day work pattern and a 8:00–18:00 rota, with ongoing professional development.
