Job Overview
12 hour weekend position: Saturday 6:45‑11:15 and Sunday 8:45‑16:15. Must be local to store and able to work early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers as the friendly face of Toolstation; provide excellent service.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep store clean, prepare orders, and stock shelves.
- Sell benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, sign customers up.
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs.
- Maintain high store standards and teamwork.
