Responsibilities

• Lead an amazing kitchen team in a glamorous, New York-inspired cocktail bar.
• Ensure guest needs are understood and expectations are exceeded.
• Manage food stock and contribute to cost control where applicable.
• Lead and coach the team with strong organisation and communication.
• Adapt to varying levels of trade and communicate effectively with all departments.
• Uphold service standards and contribute to delivering our brand promises.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a team in a kitchen.
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience managing food stock; cost awareness is desirable.
• Strong leadership, coaching, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different levels of trade and learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
