Job Description:
Red 5 People is recruiting for a role teaching and supporting learners aged 16-25 with EHCPs across Wolverhampton, Walsall, Tipton and Merry Hill. The job combines Functional Skills delivery with supervision of learners on real work placements in retail settings.
You will teach English/Maths at Functional Skills level and help learners develop skills for paid employment, often travelling between sites; resources and lesson plans are provided to focus on delivery and learner success.
