Early Years Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team at a well-regarded school in Chiswick. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September 2026.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in laying the foundations for lifelong learning. You will deliver a rich and engaging curriculum that supports children’s early development across all areas, fostering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a nurturing, supportive, and engaging environment for young learners.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate and reflective records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and enrichment activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
  • Proven experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practice in early childhood education.
  • A warm, caring, and patient approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
