Aspris is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Residential team in the United Kingdom. You will actively safeguard and support our young people, while leading a team of Support Workers and delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a home environment.

The role involves shift work including weekends and sleep-ins, requiring a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a full driving licence. We offer induction, training, DBS, pension, and wellbeing support.
