Senior Support Worker: Lead, Empower & Grow

VOYAGE CARE is looking for a Senior Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life while supporting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management. You will allocate shifts and induct new colleagues, helping with supervision and ensuring safe, person-centred care.
