Responsibilities
As a Technician, you will be based in a branch or in a fully equipped van, helping customers get back on the road by repairing or replacing glass to the highest industry standards. You will provide outstanding customer service, recommend additional products such as wipers and rain repellents, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
You’ll also handle administrative tasks related to parts and inventory, sustain a clean safe working environment, and contribute to meeting business KPIs and sales targets.
Qualifications
You must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have the right to work in the UK. Strong customer service and sales skills are a must; experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, driving, or the motor industry is an advantage but not required. You should be self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
