Food Tech Teacher – Manchester. Permanent role starting September 2026 within a large Multi-Academy Trust. Aspire People are supporting recruitment for a passionate and experienced Food Tech Teacher to join a collaborative school that values creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Food Tech lessons.
- Take full responsibility for planning, marking, and assessment.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management.
- Inspire students to develop a love of food tech and achieve their best.
- Work collaboratively with staff across a well-led and welcoming department.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 Food Tech.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Resilient, dedicated, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- ECTs welcome to apply.
- DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for a new one).
- References covering the last 2 years.
