Overview
Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be at the centre of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team and enhancing the customer journey. The role covers front-of-house operations, coaching and mentoring the team, and supporting the General Manager back-of-house to deliver centre goals and financial targets. You will ensure the centre maintains high standards and safety for customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the front-of-house team; coach and develop staff
- Run exceptional front-of-house operations and support back-of-house with centre goals and financial targets
- Ensure high standards of service and a safe, fun customer environment
Qualifications
- Management experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail
- Passion for customer service
- Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Desire for success
