Zero Hours Customer Service Assistant (Hospitality) – Webbs, Millets Farm
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Team Member to join our Restaurant/Kitchen team at our Frilford garden centre restaurant.
Webbs is an award‑winning garden centre retailer with four stores and a growing e‑commerce business. Our high quality restaurants offer freshly prepared, seasonally changing menus.
The role involves:
- Greeting guests and showing them to their seats.
- Providing friendly and efficient table service, including checking in with customers.
- Serving barista‑style drinks.
- Serving hot and cold food, including breakfasts, salads, cakes, sandwiches, hot menu options and afternoon teas.
- Taking payments.
- Table clearing and housekeeping to keep food hygiene standards high.
- Covering kitchen porter duties as required.
The successful candidate will have previous hospitality experience ideally gained in a similar environment. Food hygiene knowledge and allergen awareness are advantageous but full training will be given.
This is a zero‑hours position. Exact working hours will vary depending on business need.
Location: store in Frilford, Oxfordshire – you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
