Engineering Manager — Lead Change, Coaching & Lean Excellence

INNOVA SEARCH in Wrexham is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a busy 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will oversee an Engineering Supervisor and eight engineers, shaping engineering strategy and driving reliability.

The role requires coaching, mentoring and implementing Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement. You will partner with Production to maximise plant availability and ensure health, safety and engineering standards are met.
