Salary & Hours

£12.50 to £13.00 per hour (competitive pay up to £15.70 per hour including holiday pay). Hours are flexible with full time, part time or flexible options.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well‑being.
• Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation and household tasks.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting overall happiness and well‑being.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, their families and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of care provided and any changes in customer needs.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK (no CoS offered).
• Valid UK driving licence (drivers only).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Previous experience in a care or support worker role desirable but not essential.
