Interim Finance Director

Chalk Hill Group has an immediate requirement for an experienced Interim Finance Director to join a profitable, private equity-backed SME business based in North London.

This is a critical leadership appointment supporting the business through a significant period of change, requiring a commercially astute finance leader who can add value from day one.

The Role

• Lead the finance function through a complex carve-out process
• Partner closely with the CEO, Board and PE investors
• Provide strategic and operational financial leadership
• Drive robust financial controls, reporting and governance throughout the transition

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interim Finance Director within PE-backed business
• Demonstrable track record of leading carve-outs or business separations
• Strong stakeholder management with investors, lenders and senior executives
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace
