Building Our Next Growth Engine: Partnerships (Lunch, Breakfast & Beyond)
Office Pantry is on a mission to help busy office workers eat better, feel happier, and become more productive at work.
We do this by delivering food, drinks, and all sorts of other workplace essentials to companies across the UK – many of which you’ll definitely know.
But we’re just getting started.
The Next Chapter
We’ve built a brilliant office coffee offering over the past 2 years (shoutout to Nate, who runs it like a machine).
Now we’re ready to do the same for lunch, breakfast, and partner-led workplace experiences.
That’s where you come in.
We’re hiring our first-ever Partnerships Manager – someone to build this function from the ground up and turn it into a meaningful revenue stream for the business.
Think of it as: part operational overseer, part mystery shopper, part dealmaker, part category creator, part customer smile-maker.
What This Role Really Is
You won’t be managing an existing playbook.
You’ll be writing it.
This role is about:
- Finding and onboarding brilliant catering partners
- Building relationships with suppliers (including some who look a bit like us… just in different markets )
- Creating compelling food offerings our customers actually get excited about
- Turning partnerships into real, scalable revenue
If you do this well, you won’t just run partnerships – you’ll define how Office Pantry expands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source, negotiate, and onboard high-quality catering and food partners
- Build a scalable partner network across breakfast, lunch, and events
- Develop commercial models that drive revenue (margin, commission, bundled offerings, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales and account management to bring new offerings to customers
- Continuously improve partner quality, pricing, and reliability
- Spot gaps in our offering – then go out and solve them
- Help shape the long-term partnerships strategy
About You
We’re less interested in your exact background, more in how you think and operate.
You might be a great fit if you are:
- Commercially sharp – you understand how deals work and how to make them better
- A natural relationship builder – you can win people over and keep them
- Resourceful and proactive – you don’t wait for answers, you go find them
- Organised enough to build something scalable, not just scrappy
- Energised by building something new, not just maintaining something existing
- Comfortable with a bit of ambiguity (this role won’t come with a perfect playbook)
- A good egg
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in partnerships, marketplaces, food/catering, or hospitality
- Have experience within the office, facilities, or B2B clients scene
- Have worked in a high-growth or startup environment
- Have built something from scratch before
Location & Working Style
This role will be a mix of:
- Meeting partners in person (caterers, suppliers, kitchens, etc.)
- Being on-site with customers
- Working closely with our Account Management team to launch and refine offerings
We expect this to be highly collaborative and often in-person, especially early on – trust is built face-to-face.
Salary & Package
We’ll be honest – like a lot of things in this role, the salary isn’t rigid.
We’re open-minded depending on your experience and the impact you can have.
What we care about is finding someone who can build a meaningful revenue stream for Office Pantry. xwzovoh
Alongside salary:
- Enhanced pension (above statutory)
- Plenty of food tastings (this part is non-negotiable)
- A fast-growing team (you’d be hire #58)
