A well-established, independent Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Senior Project Manager to be based in Birmingham.
The Company
My client is a respected Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. They have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining long-term client relationships. Working across the Midlands, they are involved in a range of notable developments, particularly within the Residential sector (both Private and Public). They offer a supportive and collaborative environment where senior team members play a key role in shaping projects, mentoring staff, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.
The Position
They are actively looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of projects and client relationships, and will:
- Lead and manage projects across all stages of the lifecycle
- Act as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Take responsibility for project performance including programme, cost, risk, and quality
- Lead project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants
- Chair client and project meetings and present at a senior level
- Projects typically range in value from £5 million to £100 million
The Candidate
The successful Senior Project Manager should:
- Hold a relevant degree
- Have significant experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy or Main Contracting environment
- Have a strong track record of delivering Property / Building projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrate excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Be commercially astute with strong leadership and organisational abilities
- Ideally be working towards or already chartered (MRICS, MAPM)
