What you’ll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with heart at pride. You’ll be involved in loading your van or delivering to regular customers, playing a vital role in the smooth running of our operation and delivering products to customers’ front doors with a smile. When you’re not on the road, you’ll keep your van clean and ready for the next delivery. When the business is busy, you’ll help your team by picking and packing online orders.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries and prepare items for delivery
• Deliver to customers and provide excellent service
• Keep the van clean and well maintained for safety and efficiency
• Assist with picking and packing online orders when needed

What you’ll bring

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team mindset
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
