Rail Resource Planner & Compliance Lead

Vital Human Resources is seeking a proactive Resource Planning & Compliance Manager based in Kent to support rail delivery teams. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with railway group standards, engaging with stakeholders, and managing resource planning activities.

The ideal candidate will have track or rail industry experience and exceptional IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications. They will be responsible for monitoring compliance and producing reports, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a flexible contract of up to 6 months at a competitive rate of £250 per day.
