The first point of contact in our stores, retail staff introduce people to our worlds and help them fulfil their Warhammer aspirations. If you are passionate about championing the Warhammer hobby in your local town or city, this role could be for you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers into the worlds of Warhammer by providing hands‑on hobby guidance and creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for all customers.
- Make decisions that help grow the store and keep the Warhammer hobby alive in the local community.
- Serve as the first point of contact, introduce customers to our worlds, and support them in achieving their Warhammer aspirations.
- Turn every customer interaction into a positive and memorable experience.
