M&E Supervisor

We’re recruiting for an M&E Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a large NHS estate in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of multi‑skilled engineers, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a busy healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric services.
• Manage engineering resources, subcontractors, and CAFM systems to ensure effective service delivery.
• Review and develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes to maximise asset performance.
• Monitor compliance, performance, and maintenance standards across the contract.
• Support financial management, including resource planning, invoicing, and contractor performance.

Qualifications

• A recognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Experience supervising engineering teams within commercial, healthcare, or public sector environments.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and building services maintenance.
• Experience using CAFM systems and managing subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Competitive hourly rate of £25‑£30 per hour. Monday‑Friday working pattern (8:00am‑5:00pm). Immediate start available.
