Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to join our Europe-based growth team. This hybrid role, in or near one of our European hubs, drives leads and strengthens BD processes across the agency.
You’ll manage RFIs/RFPs, develop proposals with cross-functional teams, and oversee BD opportunities in Salesforce. The role partners with senior leadership to implement strategies and improve win rates, reporting progress and risks as needed.
