Romac Logistics is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead the transport operation at one of our busy distribution sites in Luton. The role involves ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering KPI-driven performance in a 24/7 chilled logistics environment.

You will manage planning, driver performance, and costs while coaching supervisors and coordinating with senior leadership to provide excellent customer service and operational excellence across UK distributions.
