Assistant Reservations Manager: Lead Service & Revenue

Crowne Plaza Docklands is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to support the Reservations Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a team with a focus on guest service excellence.

You will handle reservations via phone, email and online systems, train staff, monitor room availability, and collaborate with sales and front office to optimize occupancy and revenue. Strong IT skills and hospitality experience are required.
