Composite Manufacturing Engineer: Laminate & Process

Aston Martin Formula One Team is seeking an experienced Composite Manufacturing Engineer at our Silverstone facility. You will bridge composite design and manufacturing, defining laminated processes, improving material utilisation, and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.

You will work with Laminating, Design, Quality and Production to resolve shop-floor challenges, validate laminate definitions, and drive improvements in efficiency and cost.
