We are seeking a junior commercial lawyer to support a corporate client on a three‑month secondment. This role offers excellent exposure to a growing business and the opportunity to take on varied, hands‑on commercial work.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Managing corporate governance documentation
- Supporting BAU commercial activity and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Ad hoc other legal tasks as they arise
Due to level of responsibility offered, this role would suit a commercial solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE who has the following experience and skills:
- Strong grounding in commercial contracts, whether gained in private practice or in‑house.
- Able to work independently and manage workload confidently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a global business.
