Purpose
To support the manufacturing of PPG coatings by ensuring all products, materials, and goods are produced to the highest quality standards while maintaining efficiency and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
- Manufacture products to the highest quality, adhering to PPG processes
- Advise on quality issues or shortages of materials to the Production Manager / Shift Managers
- Continuously improve all procedures in the work areas
- Clean and maintain all equipment in the line with 5S requirements as part of the working day
- Help maintain daily audit data as per requirements
- Adhere to and manage health and safety guidelines as determined by the Health and Safety Policy and any subsequent risk assessments
- Promote best health and safety within the team
- Carry out additional duties as may reasonably be required by the Production Manager / Shift Managers
Requirements
- Ability to process manage Lean principles
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a fast‑paced, high‑achieving team
- Good organisational skills
