Criminal Justice Reintegration Coach (1:1 Support)

Red 5 People is recruiting for a role delivering a cutting-edge criminal justice support programme across HMP Highpoint and Bury St Edmunds Probation Trust. You will work with post-release clients to ensure clear, structured release plans and continuity of support.

You will focus on housing, resettlement, healthcare, education, wellbeing, life skills and employment, delivering tailored 1:1 sessions and signposting to relevant services in the community.
