Overview

TIG Welder required in Tamworth. Contract: initial 3-month contract with potential extension. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 – 16:45. Pay: £22.12 per hour Umbrella. Overtime: available on Fridays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components
  • Working from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Working independently and as part of the workshop team

Requirements

  • Proven TIG welding experience
  • Strong experience working with stainless steel
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 06:45 – 16:45. Overtime available on Fridays and weekends, subject to workload requirements.
