Connect Appointments is recruiting a Forklift Driver to join an established manufacturing business based in East Kilbride. Our client operates a busy industrial facility, offering a flexible 3-day working week across Monday to Friday night shift – with the potential to increase to full-time hours for the right candidate.

What’s on offer

• Ongoing temporary position – 3 days per week with potential to increase to full-time
• Monday to Friday, 5pm to 2am – 3 days per week
• £13.50 per hour – paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Manoeuvring forklifts safely within a busy industrial environment
• Stacking, moving and relocating goods to designated storage and loading areas
• Unloading deliveries and consolidating partial pallets
• Keeping forklift operating areas clear of spills and obstructions
• Carrying out regular equipment checks and reporting any faults promptly

Requirements

• A valid RTITB certified Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
