Air Conditioning Engineer & Mate – Birmingham

Location: BirminghamStart Date: ASAPDuration: 4-6 weeks

We are currently looking for 1 x Air Conditioning Engineer and 1 x Air Conditioning Mate for a commercial project in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Validation of 2 x VRV systems (primarily assessing existing pipework condition).
• Decommissioning and removal of existing plant on 2 x VRV systems.
• Installation of 2 x new VRV systems, retaining the existing pipework.
• Installation of new DX coils for AHUs 01-05.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements

Both Operatives:

• Enhanced DBS (essential).
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Own PPE.
• Reliable transport to site.

Air Conditioning Engineer:

• Valid F-Gas Certification (essential).
• Own tools.
• Proven experience installing and replacing VRV systems.

Rates

• Air Conditioning Engineer: £34.00 per hour (Weekly CIS Pay).
• Air Conditioning Mate: £16.80 per hour
